GDAR is pleased to offer a number of services to REALTORS® with Membership at all other Ontario Real Estate Boards / Associations and Members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) or the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).
Interboarding MLS® Listings
By submitting your listing to our MLS® System database, you'll advertise the property to thousands of REALTORS® at more than 20 different Associations and, more importantly, their clients.
We welcome MLS® Listings from Members of all other Ontario Real Estate Associations, and accept interboard packages directly from listing Brokerages or their authorized representative(s).
MLS® System Access
GDAR is pleased to offer REALTOR® Members of Ontario Real Estate Boards and appraisers registered with AIC quarterly access to the ITSO MLS® System database.
If you have an existing membership or access agreement with any one of the other ITSO Member Associations, please contact them for assistance using the database to access GDAR area listings.
SentriConnect® + Lockboxes
SentriLock™ Bluetooth Lockboxes are used on many properties in Guelph and the surrounding areas as a convenient way for REALTORS® to show properties and provide homeowners with maximum security and control.
Non-Member REALTORS® looking to show properties with SentriLock™ lockboxes will need to download the SentriConnect® mobile app.
