Professional Development

Through their membership with GDAR, REALTORS® are recognized within the community as having a high degree of professionalism. The Board promotes the term REALTOR® to identify those in the industry who abide by consistently higher professional standards. This standard of integrity and ethical conduct is managed by adherence to CREA’s Code, RECO’s Code, the GDAR By-Laws and our MLS® Rules, and the requirements of REBBA 2002.

GDAR offers a selection of courses to our members to help enhance their knowledge and professionalism. Our members receive notices of all upcoming courses where they can register themselves on line by a click of a button.
