Facility Rentals
GDAR offers rentals of our state of the art classroom and boardroom, which can easily accommodate up 14-30 seated guests. Rates start at $99/day.

Classroom (Max 30)
Our fully powered, flip-top desks can be arranged into countless seating options such as, theater, classroom, U-shape, and conference - or removed entirely. Contact us for more information.
Audio Visual
Our guests have access to a full suite of audio visual equipment on site. The classroom comes equipped with a fullly wireless projection screen and lapel mic that connects to the in-ceiling speakers. Our boardroom 70" 4K TV is great for meetings with on-screen presentation requirements. Whatever your needs, we've got you covered.
Boardroom (Max 14)
Our live edge, boardroom table is outfitted with numerous power outlets. The room can seat up to 14 attendees comfortably in executive, leather chairs - perfect for those all day sessions!
Accessibility
Our office is accessible and barrier free. Amenities include wheelchair switches on all major entrances and an accessible washroom attached to the classroom. Ask for more information!
Kitchen & Coffee Bar
Both the classroom and boardroom have access to our kitchen and self-service coffee bar. There are also numerous catering options available locally, and we would be happy to assist you with recommendations.

Parking is never an issue with ample spaces available steps from the door.
